  2. Our 3 Options on How to Proceed

There are many ways to communicate and progress your enquiry. Listed below are a number of options of which you can choose which suits you best:

    Option A - Arrange A Site Visit.
We can arrange a site visit with one of our Design Consultants to discuss the possibilities of your project.
This allows our Design Consultant to establish a clear understanding of your specific requirements and so allows for invaluable feedback when creating a vision for your project.

Issues that will be discussed at this meeting include: Sizes, Use, Existing Architecture, Likes & Dislikes, Construction Problem Areas, Design Features, Specific Design Details, Access, Drainage, Planning, Listed Building Approval, Building Control Issues etc.

The Design Consultant would also carry out a full survey of the existing building complete with photos and all the vital information to aid the development of an appropriate and creative design.

Option B - Send Us Existing Designs
It may be appropriate if you are working with an architect or designer to have them contact us directly or forward their drawings by email or post, as a way of fast-tracking your enquiry. Also, if you have received a design from another company send this to us for a comparative Design Proposal.

    Option C - Complete Your Own Self-Survey
If you live overseas and would like to progress your enquiry in a cost-effective manner, or if you live within the UK & Ireland and simply wish to speed up the process, send us dimensions and photos of your property.
