Hampton Conservatories Ltd celebrate latest achievement
Hampton Conservatories Ltd has achieved registration to the quality management system ISO 9001:2000, through the British Standards Institution.
ISO 9001:2000 is the internationally recognised standard for the management of a business’ systems. The standard provides a framework for managing and improving the quality of product or service a company provides.
As a BSI registered company Hampton Conservatories Ltd will be independently audited each year by BSI, in order to ensure there is an ongoing compliance to the standard and that the company can demonstrate continuous improvement in key areas such as customer satisfaction.
‘Through working with BSI we are delighted to have achieved registration to this world class quality management system,’ states Managing Director, Mervyn Montgomery. “We have all worked very hard to integrate these systems into our everyday work and believe that this achievement is a prime example of our commitment to customer satisfaction.’
