With well over 30 years experience, Hampton Conservatories has both the capability and the expertise to undertake large, commercial-scale, projects and has installed many timber and glass structures for the business and hospitality sectors, globally. These projects include bespoke hardwood conservatories and orangeries as well as botanical, spa and pool enclosures. Our scope ranges from hotels and restaurants right through to care homes, government, heritage and educational facilities – including the renowned Harvard University Faculty Club.
A Hampton structure can be the perfect addition to any commercial building. These versatile extensions will add style and value to your premises as well as providing essential extra space for hosting larger gatherings.
Over the years, many businesses in the hospitality sector have chosen a bespoke Hampton conservatory, orangery or other glazed structure as an elegant addition to bars, restaurants and wedding venues. These have been installed on the ground, upper floors and even roof-tops, and are often complimented by matching roof lanterns, windows and doors. We have also created elegant reception and dining extensions, stylish wedding venues and unique covered smoking areas for our clients. Outstanding examples of commercial conservatories that we have designed and installed, in challenging locations, include the River Room Conservatory in Galgorm Resort and Spa, which was elevated to first floor level overlooking a picturesque weir; and the terrace restaurant at Graham’s Port Lodge in Portugal, which was built underneath an enormous run of mature grape vines.
The most unique feature of our products is the fabulous atmosphere that they create. During daylight hours, the bright and airy ambience resulting from an abundance of glass is sure to gain client satisfaction. Skylight ceilings allow afternoon sun to bathe a room in golden sunlight, while even the night sky, or city lights, can provide a dramatic backdrop during the hours of darkness. In any location, an expanse of glass allows breath-taking views of landscapes, seascapes or cityscapes, creating a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor ambience.
Managing Your Project
The experience and expertise, honed by Hamptons’ staff over 30 years, is reassurance that your conservatory project will be in good hands.
We take pride in delivering top quality, luxurious structures that will blend harmoniously with their host building. Because our products are bespoke, we can vary the design and detailing to perfectly blend with buildings of every period, whether traditional or contemporary. Whatever the desired style or end use, our commercial conservatories are both highly functional and visually stunning.
The Full Process
During the design stages, we will always keep your end use in mind, working hand in hand with you to ensure that all of your business needs and personal requirements are met. We can also take care of Planning Approvals and liaise with Listed Building and Conservation Officers, in order to ensure that our plans comply with the appropriate legislation. If necessary we can apply for Building Control Approval, on your behalf, and obtain final Local Authority Certification.
At every stage of the project we endeavour to minimise the disruption that such an undertaking might cause. This is achieved through our use of meticulous project scheduling procedures combined with specialised and experienced Hampton Fitting Teams. Although all installations are carried out by dedicated Hampton staff, we are happy to liaise with your builder or main contractor on any associated building work. At the design and planning stage we can work with you directly or, if you prefer, liaise with your architects or designers from conception right through to completion.
