Case Study Details
This stylish swimming pool enclosure was designed and constructed using local materials and finishes that would ensure it blended seamlessly with the existing property and its surroundings. Finished in Barley Cream, the design includes an electrically operated sliding roof, so the sun can shine through in the summer months, and the cold can be kept out in the winter, allowing the pool to be enjoyed all year round.
The orientation of the enclosure minimises its bulk, whilst bi-fold doors on the end and side elevations allow it to be fully opened to the outside terrace. As controlling the humidity of a pool enclosure is a priority, the solid roof portion of the structure also incorporates a bespoke air conditioning system.
